Rehab Success Story

When a resident comes to The Home at Hearthstone for rehabilitation, our goal is to give them the tools to be able to leave our facility with a higher quality of life, but to also give them the means for continued success once they return home. We love watching the hard work they put in and celebrating their victories with them!

Marguerite C. was admitted to our skilled nursing facility for rehab on December 31st, 2022, and discharged on Valentine's Day, February 14th. She declared, "The whole facility and staff are marvelous!" She also spoke highly of the Therapy Department she was working with saying, "They were great!" Marguerite finished her thoughts by sharing, "All the staff members are so willing to help. If you're looking for a place to stay, don't hesitate to pick this one."



Marguerite will be missed, but we are so happy to see her heading home stronger and healthier. From all of us at The Home at Hearthstone, we are very proud of you.
